3. What happened: puncture, flat tyre, cut, tyre pressure warning light on.

What jobs do we do at any hour?

At any hour we carry out the same jobs as during the day, with no "reduced" night-time service:

• on-the-spot tyre repair, when the damage is technically repairable;

What should you do while waiting for the tyre fitter?

While you wait, your priority is safety, not the tyre:

• switch on your hazard lights and, if you can, move to a spot where you're not obstructing traffic;
• if you get out outside built-up areas, at night or in poor visibility, put on your high-visibility vest;
• place the warning triangle as required (for cars: at least 50 m behind the vehicle);
• don't carry on driving on a flat tyre: you'll ruin both the tyre and the rim.
